Our Very Own F1 Suit
The weekend of June 10th was a special one for anyone who lives his or her life clothed in top gear. It was the Montreal Grand Prix and Pulp&Fiber was there for every lap, on the track and round ‘da’ clubs.
On Friday, the annual Film Fashion F1 event took place at the Opus Hotel. FFF1 is one of those events that caters to anyone who cares about (a) F1 racing, and (b) star-studded parties. The “everyone who’s anyone” crew was there.
This year, we took over the beautiful Opus Hotel. Packed by the usual suspects, everyone you’d expect to be there was there in full effect. Drivers, beautiful ladies, dapper gents, THE Jesse Carere, and someone from every corner of the industry. It was certainly a night to be remembered.
Although our party was clearly the cat’s pajamas, we do not discriminate against other parties that aren’t our own. In fact, head honcho David Smulowitz found his way to the Hugo Boss event, at The Old Port of Montreal. Vodafone Mclaren Mercedes driver Jenson Button was also in attendance to show his support for ONEXONE, Hugo Boss, and his sport of choice, F1!
His signed suit, which was also signed by Lewis Hamilton, was auctioned off, and all of the proceeds were donated to the ONEXONE foundation. ONEXONE is an organization that is intent on improving the lives of children in Canada, the USA and around the world, by implementing programs dedicated to five fundamental pillars: water, health, education, play, and food.
Guess what!? The highest bid went to Pulp&Fiber’s own David Smulowitz! And, now, the amazing suit resides in Pulp&Fiber’s own downtown office!
You can stop by and take a gander sometime. But in the mean time, here’s a sneak peek!
